Personalized sleep support - without sleep training or limiting responsiveness
1:1 Sleep Consults for Responsive Families
If you’re a contact napping, (maybe) cosleeping, responding to your baby’s cues around the clock kinda mom… but also need more rest. Hello! 👋
You’re in the right place.
A personalized, one hour consultation designed to help your family create a practical plan to get better sleep while actually supporting how you parent.

“I reached out to Alison when I was realizing that my baby did much better when I followed him and my instincts rather than a generic schedule for his age. She helped us through a transition to trusting myself, as well as the transition to a new sleep space, from a swaddle to a sleep sack, dropping a nap, and even daylight savings! All in two weeks! I felt so reassured knowing that I had Alison to check in with when things got wonky. I highly recommend Alison and her approach! ”

I NEED MORE SLEEP
I NEED MORE SLEEP
1 Hour Sleep Consult
Support that makes sense for your baby and your parenting style
You’ve read the blogs. You’ve asked in the Facebook groups. You’ve Googled more than you care to admit.
But your baby’s still waking up 800 times a night (at least it feels that way), naps are inconsistent and/or bedtime takes 2 hours.
👉It just feels like it’s harder than it should be.
And because of this, you’re exhausted, touched out, and torn between your instincts and your needs. The idea of ignoring your baby’s cries feels wrong, but something needs to change.
This is where I come in! With sleep support that doesn’t make you choose between rest and responsiveness.

(Because a plan only works if it actually works for you and your baby.)

A responsive approach to better sleep
Imagine having a plan that:
• Respects your baby’s stage of development and unique temperament
• Aligns with your values and parenting instincts
• Offers real, responsive advice you can start using right away
That’s what this consultation is designed to give you. A personalized, compassionate approach that helps you improve sleep without compromising connection.

This is for you if…
👉You’re committed to being responsive but also need more sleep
👉You’ve been told to “just let them cry,” but that doesn’t feel right
👉You want to improve sleep long term and aren’t interested in the quick fixes or false promises (i.e. Your baby will sleep 12 hrs straight on night 3!”)
👉You want clarity and support without a side of judgment or pressure

Hey there! I'm Alison, and I've been where you are.
Quick story time, shall we? ⬇️
“I found another one. We may as well give it a try,” I said, sending my husband the listing. There were also a few “things” in my Amazon cart that promised to help my baby sleep better🙃.
Hell, did we really need to spend $1,500 on a SNOO to get this kid to sleep for even two seconds out of my arms?
But at that current moment, I was sending him to pick up the fifth type of swaddle or sleep sack that was going to help (lols).
Picture me in full zombie mode, crazily scrolling Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, and every sleep blog - thinking someone’s quick tip, hack, or product would magically “fix” my baby’s sleep.
Unsurprisingly 👉None of those things helped.
Fast forward five years: as a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach, I know that new parents like you just want what's best for your baby, some shut-eye for yourself, and confidence in your choices as a new parent. I get it. Truly.
But it’s hard to sort fact from fiction🤔. You want to be responsive and show up for your baby day and night, but you’re constantly hearing that you should be teaching them this “skill” that the sleep training industry insists is essential.
I can help you cut through the noise and provide you with the sleep support you need. No more zombie scrolling on Facebook Marketplace!
“Alison’s insights, reassurance and suggestions were so incredibly helpful.
Would absolutely 10/10 recommend her if you have any questions or concerns about your baby's sleep!”

Why this isn’t just another sleep plan
There’s a lot of baby and toddler sleep advice out there. Most of it either pushes sleep training, or tells you to suck it up and wait it out.
My approach is different.
It centers you: your baby, your needs, your parenting style.
It offers realistic changes.
It respects your instincts while helping you meet your own needs, too.
Boy have I ever been where you are. Exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start to get out of the sleep deprivation.
You need someone who sees you, hears you, and helps you move forward in a kind and responsive way.

What other parents are saying:
“We contacted Alison after our now 8 month old stopped sleeping through the night. We knew we wanted to remain responsive to her but felt really desperate for solutions to help us all get better sleep.
We did the 1x1 consult with two week follow up and we are in SUCH a better place mentally because of it. Alison’s insights, reassurance and suggestions were so incredibly helpful.
Would absolutely 10/10 recommend signing up for a consult with her if you have any questions or concerns about your baby’s sleep!”
“Just wanted to drop you an update and say another big thank you for helping me feel confident in responding to and supporting her sleep. She has just turned 15 months and as of last week started sleeping 7.30pm - 7am with 1 wake for a feed at 4am then the last 2 nights has slept through!!
I'm not sure l believed it would ever happen 😂 but I am so proud that it has been in her own time and we have given her all the cuddles and support she needed along the way.
Anyways, just wanted to update you and say thanks again for your part in this 🥰”
“Allison, you've been nothing short of amazing and an incredible support as we tried to piece together a sleep plan that worked for EVERYONE in our family.
You helped us make the necessary changes that we needed to finally get some solid sleep. In the depths of sleep deprivation for almost 2 years- I didn't have it in me to come up with all of the tweaks, do the research, and have the energy to follow through. Your work gave me the confidence and the boost I needed.
We went from 11+ wakes a night to sleeping through the night multiple nights in a row in the time that I worked with Allison. We made small and incremental changes that all added up to some rest for our whole family. Can't thank you enough!”
"I reached out to Alison during a sleeping crisis when my baby was 3 months old, and only sleeping 3 hours during the day. Alison gave me real information and expectations about sleeping, helping me to get rid of that 'Instagram pressure' of feeling that I wasn't doing enough and to be kinder to myself as a mom.
In addition to that, after a detailed analysis of my baby's sleep, she gave me simple tips and procedures related and nonrelated to sleep that helped my baby a lot. I'm very happy to have hired Flourishing Babies to help our family."

FAQs
👉Do you use any sleep training techniques (I.E. Ferber, controlled crying, cry it out, etc)?
No. I don’t use sleep training or suggest anything that involves leaving your baby to cry alone or ignore their needs. Everything I recommend is rooted in a responsive, attachment focused approach that prioritizes your child’s emotional wellbeing - and your instincts as a parent. I would never ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself.
👉Who did you train with to become a sleep coach?
I trained under Lyndsey Hookway in the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program in 2020. This program is accredited at Level 6 by the Open College Network (OCN). It's one of the most in-depth, evidence-based trainings available for infant and child sleep.
👉What ages do you work with?
I work with families who have little ones from birth to 5 years. The support and suggestions will look different depending on your child’s age, development, etc but the foundation is always holistic and responsive.
