If we’re being honest… most baby sleep advice wasn’t made for you.
The mainstream "solutions" tell you to ignore your instincts. To let your baby cry. Teach them "independence" by leaving them alone to “figure it out”.

Hey there! I'm Alison!
I’m a mom of 2, a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach with a background as a Registered Nurse.
I have completed the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program which is the most comprehensive and evidence based infant and child sleep coaching program in the world. It is considered a Level 6 program by the Open College Network.

FAQs
Q: What age is this for?
A: The workshop is best for babies 6 months and up, including toddlers.
Q: Do I have to attend live?
A: Nope. Everyone gets the replay emailed after the session.
Q: Do I need Instagram to join?
A: If you want to be in the 1-week Q+A chat. If not, you’ll still get the workshop and workbook just fine.
Q: Sleep is a complete mess AND I’d like to make changes. Would this be a good idea or 1:1 consult?
A: This workshop won’t replace a 1:1 consult and isn’t intended to troubleshoot all areas of sleep. If you want support with an in depth intake form, personal consultation and follow up - book a consultation! We’ll get you sorted.
